Probity's bundled Codex reviewer rejected
gpt-6.1-solwith the older runtime. Update@openai/codex-sdkfrom 0.154.0 to the current stable 0.163.0, including its matching bundled CLI, to address the reported failures.Fixes #87.
Compatibility scope: a newer host Codex installation alone does not imply failure; the default reviewer uses Probity's own SDK and bundled CLI. Validation covers the reported scenarios, not every model or configuration.
The lockfile retains SDK/CLI 0.154.0 under the published Probity 1.10.1 development dependency, which remains the latest stable Probity release. The source project's reviewer uses 0.163.0. Updating the published development tool is a follow-up once a release contains this fix.
Validation:
npm run checks: passed; 550 tests passed, 26 skipped.PROBITY_INTEGRATION_AI=1 npx vitest run test/integration/enforce-tdd-codex.test.ts: all 5 live Codex integration tests passed.npm installaudit: zero vulnerabilities.
